This modern villa is elegant yet comfortable and offers everything you and your family will need for the perfect Orlando vacation. The open living space is the main headquarters for family gatherings with comfortable seating all around including a sectional and an accent chair to discuss the day's adventures. The fully equipped kitchen also offers a two-seat breakfast bar and a dining table with four chairs and a bench for food any time of the week.

Sleeping up to 12 people, this home provides bedrooms across two floors with a king-sized master suite on the bottom floor with an en suite bathroom. On the second floor, you will find a king-sized suite, an ice princess-themed bedroom with bunk beds (two full-sized beds), and a wizard-themed bedroom with bunk beds (two twin-sized beds). If you looking for some privacy just a short walk across the across the courtyard above the garage, you will find suite style unit with an en-suite bedroom with a queen bed, in the main area there is another queen bed, TV, mini-kitchen and dining table with seating for four.

Hours of fun and entertainment can be found right inside of this home with a cozy loft area on the third floor to binge-watch all your favorite movies on a large projection screen and a superhero-themed games room with an air hockey, pool, and foosball table, two arcade games and a basketball shooting game for endless rounds of friendly competition. The outdoor private deck offers a swimming pool, spillover spa, and a grill.

For those who want to explore the rest of the area, Reunion Resort has a shuttle service to drive you to and from Disney’s parks--just a 12-minute drive away. Excellent Family Getaway

We had a lovely time in this home and have planned this trip for a while now. We brought along my sister and her family so we needed space and privacy. The home was the perfect size with the space above the garage for everyone. The pool area was in between and the kids spent most of the time in the pool. We had a few movie nights in the loft and used the game room every night when we got back from the parks. I can say it was exactly what we needed but the only down side the resort entrance got backed up a bit but no fault of the owner or management company. Excellent time and we will definetely be booking again for next year.
