The welcoming living room, dressed in the pretty shades that define Florida—orange, sky blue, and green—boasts upscale, contemporary furnishings that make it easy to spread out for TV viewing, board-game playing, or simply socializing. The kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, ample counter space for meal prep, and a convenient three-seat breakfast bar.
