Step into the open living room of this lovely villa and you’ll be impressed with its decor, contemporary furnishings, and well-thought-out details. It’s the perfect gathering spot for the family to watch TV, play board games, or wait for your home-cooked meal in the sleek, adjacent kitchen.

Home cooks will appreciate the amount of prep space, extra storage, and premium appliances available for use. In addition to the gorgeous granite counters, and tile backsplash, there’s a convenient three-seat breakfast bar for quick, casual meals. A dining room table, right off the kitchen area, has eight-person seating so everyone can be together for the more formal meals.

When mealtime is over, or when you return from the theme parks and want the fun to keep going, head to the awesome game loft with a large couch, wall Scrabble, a flat-screen TV, jukebox, bubble air hockey, and shuffleboard tables, and myriad video games.

Bedrooms can sleep up to 10 guests, and include King, Full, and Bunk-bed rooms, and two Queen suites. All are well-appointed, have flat-screen TVs, and most have generously sized attached baths featuring dual sinks, large showers, and some with soaking tubs. One uniquely designed bunk-bed room is an homage to the world’s two most famous animated mice and has a whimsical quartet of beds. The kids’ bunk-bed room is a fun, colorful under-the-sea homage. The Full room features two galactic-inspired beds in a galaxy far, far away, with the coolest astral ceiling light ever!

If you can pry your kids out of their rooms, they’ll love hanging out by the sparkling pool and spa right through your patio doors. You’ll enjoy sitting under the large lanai, savoring an alfresco meal or a refreshing drink, or soaking up the sun from a lounge chair. It’s the most relaxing way to take in the glorious Florida sunshine as you plot out the rest of your week’s adventures.

Be sure you also take a short stroll to explore the prestigious Encore Resort offering exclusive on-property amenities including a waterpark with a thrilling drop and twisting slides, multiple restaurants and bars, sports courts, and an amenity center with a fitness room and kid's play area. The resort, less than a 10-minute drive to Disney World, offers a free shuttle service to the parks.
