This home has a habit of making its guests feel special. The sleek layout of this contemporary estate features gleaming tile floors, and modern furnishings and décor throughout.

You’ll all have plenty of room to gather in the large living, kitchen and dining areas for TV viewing, socializing, or dining. Comfy couches are cuddle-worthy, and the home chef will find everything he or she needs in the well-equipped kitchen with premium stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The dining area has a 10-person table for meals together after a long day at the theme parks.

Whoever designed the game room thought of everything. There’s a basketball game and other full-sized arcade video games to play when kids are not at the parks. There’s also a separate billiards room with couches, a giant flat-screen TV, wall Scrabble, PacMan, and even a play set for the younger kids.

After dinner, the whole family can take in a movie or two in the home theater with its large projection screen and cinema seating.

And bedrooms here will remind your kids of the movies with two fabulous themed twin rooms. The first is an amazingly detailed homage to everyone’s favorite galactic film heroes, with bunk beds so well-thought out in fact, your kids will think they’re actually on the craft. Adult rooms are lovely with comfy beds and most with generously-sized adjoining bathrooms. In total, you’ll be able to sleep up to 24 comfortably.

The outdoor patio deck allows you and your loved ones to enjoy the glorious warm Florida weather and sunshine with a screened-in private swimming pool and spillover spa. You’ll all enjoy shooting hoops in the poolside basketball net, lounging with a cool drink, or eating al fresco at the accommodating dining table.

You can also explore the Solterra gated resort with its clubhouse, zero-entry resort style pool, cabanas, a water slide, lazy river, and poolside bar and grill. There’s also a café, state-of-the-art fitness center, kid's playground, volleyball and tennis courts, a soccer field, and a walking trail.
