The Modern Townhouse
As you step into this newly built townhome, you are invited to an open floor plan with bursts of blue and gray hues and a modern ground floor, perfect for entertaining with a sectional. The family can gather at the six-seat dining table or grab one of the four chairs at the breakfast bar to enjoy a home-cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The incredible golf course views can be seen from the kitchen to the patio where you and your loved ones can soak up Florida’s sunshine at a six-seat table with a spot for everyone.
Upstairs, you will find all the sleeping quarters with a king-sized suite and two queen-sized bedrooms. A full-sized washer and dryer will also be on this level for all your laundry needs while on vacation. The entertainment never ends even after long days at the theme parks are over with a games room equipped with a three-in-one ping pong, pool, and foosball table for hours of friendly rounds of competition.
For those who want to explore the rest of the area, Reunion Resort has a shuttle service to drive you to and from Disney’s parks--just a 12-minute drive away. If there are golfers in your group, you’ll want to hit the links at Reunion’s other two epic PGA Championship courses.
Between games, visit one of the 10 premier swimming pools, including the Seven Eagles pavilion, featuring relaxing jacuzzis and a crisp infinity pool, overlooking stunning views of the courses. Treat the kids to a trip to the five-acre water park with a huge lazy river and twisting waterslides.
Plus, grab a workout buddy and make time for the fully-equipped fitness center, six state-of-the-art “Hydro-Grid” tennis, bocce ball, and volleyball courts, or opt for Yoga and Tai Chi classes. Reunion’s newest development of townhomes overlooks the Jack Nicklaus driving range and the 18th hole of this signature golf course. The location is just a short stroll to the club house which offers a pro shop, gymnasium, bar and restaurant with spectacular views from the terrace.

Stunning home
We were very impressed by the quality and cleanliness of this property. The game room, living room, patio, and golf course view cannot be beat. The community is gated which was nice and the pools and clubhouse are very close by. Can't wait to come back.

Modern and Lovely Space
We loved our stay. Beds were very comfortable, view was great, water park was fun and kids loved it.
LOVED IT HERE
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was brand new, and the home is gorgeous on the inside with everything you want. You also have golf course views and a pool one minute walking away. We rented a golf cart and were able to really enjoy the entire property including the water park, hot tub and other pools. Kids loved it and will be back!
