There’s more of everything here. More style, more luxury, more room, more game and bedroom options (there are seven of the latter) -- and more of a reason never to leave.
Located at the prestigious Reunion Resort, this spacious home oozes good vibes and great lighting--from the dazzling multi-tiered chandelier to the modern fixtures throughout the house. The open kitchen features an oversized double oven, gleaming tile, granite counters, and a breakfast bar that seats five. A dining table, off to the side, is large enough to seat 12.
The living room just off the kitchen offers plenty of lounging and TV viewing for the whole crew, but you’ll soon discover there are multiple areas on all levels of the villa to stretch out in. And multiple gaming areas too. One is equipped with both a Pac Man and basketball arcade game. Another is located in a cool loft space where you’ll find pool and poker tables, and a large sectional that could seat the whole neighborhood.
A massive home theater includes a high-top café table for two, and a leather banquette and table where you can eat a meal while watching your favorite flicks. Or you can simply cozy up with some popcorn in one of the 12 enormous theater chairs.
Bedrooms, located on both levels of the villa, offer a master class of luxurious design and comfort, each with double sinks and soaking tubs in the en suite bathrooms. Three of the seven bedrooms are designed with kids and teens in mind. One has Mario and other gaming characters looking down from the walls, along with two large screens for getting your game on. Another, skate-themed room, has oversized “rustic” bunk beds. And your fashion-focused teen will fall in love with the gold, black and white designer bedroom faithfully representing Chanel, Prada, Gucci and Louboutin--and even iconic Audrey Hepburn in “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”.
While the villa’s interior is pretty fantastic, the patio area is equally awe-inspiring. The magnificent pool is what you’d see in a movie, with an army of lounge chairs surrounding it for sunning and sipping a favorite beverage.
There’s a pretty summer kitchen with ample seating for dining al fresco or playing a game of checkers, but the real showstoppers just might be the life-size chess board and Connect Four game. For those who want more physical action, corn hole, and ping pong and foosball tables are at the ready.
It’s almost hard to think beyond this spectacular home, but for those who want to explore the area, Reunion Resort has a shuttle service to drive you to and from Disney’s parks--just a 12-minute drive away. If there are golfers in your group, you’ll want to hit the links at Reunion’s three epic PGA Championship courses. Between games, visit one of the 10 premier swimming pools, including the Seven Eagles pavilion, featuring relaxing jacuzzis and a crisp infinity pool, overlooking stunning views of the courses.
Treat the kids to a trip to the five-acre water park with a huge lazy river and twisting waterslides. Plus, grab a workout buddy and make time for the fully-equipped fitness center, six state-of-the-art “Hydro-Grid” tennis, bocce ball and volleyball courts, or opt for Yoga and Tai Chi classes.
When you want to dine out, you’ve got a choice of six top restaurants, from an upscale tavern and a sushi bar, to Reunion’s signature steak house.
It’s time to take that long-awaited Florida getaway. Let us help make it memorable for you!
