Welcome to your private haven! If you’ve been dreaming of basking in the glorious Florida sunshine while also hitting up all the fun spots in Central Florida, you’ve found your happy place—and a true home-away-from-home.

Your family will love this jumping-off point to all the best parks and golf courses in the area, but they’ll also love just hanging out here. The living room, as well as the foyer, has comfy seating, a flat-screen TV, a foosball table, and a PS5 and X-Box Series S video game console! The fully-equipped kitchen, with granite counters, plenty of storage space, and premium appliances, also has a six-person breakfast bar for quick, casual bites, and a six-seat dining table for more formal meals.

When you want to continue the entertainment, even after the parks close, you can head to the themed game room with an air hockey and ping pong table as well as a multi-arcade video game.

Bedrooms, sleeping up to 13 guests comfortably, are well-appointed, have flat-screen TVs, and most have ensuite baths. There are four lavish king-sized rooms, one whimsically-themed Bunk-bed room devoted to everyone’s favorite cartoon mouse, and another king sized bedroom celebrating a famous teen wizard, complete with dramatic wall murals and “magical” embellishments sprinkled throughout.

While you may be focused on the Orlando attractions during most days, be sure to experience some quiet time outside your patio doors too. A private swimming pool and spillover spa allow the family to take a dip, soothe sore muscles, and otherwise bask in the glorious Florida sunshine. There’s also a large yard with a swing set for the kids and a grill for you to whip up some great barbecue for alfresco dining.

We are huge Disney fans. We use the house about once a month for our own use with our friends and family, and so it is very functional. We spent over 100 days creating enhancements and making the house our own vacation oasis (including the addition of a top of the line A/C unit, to decorating and paintings). My wife and I own a technology company and have two young boys. Our favorite part of the house is the beautiful backyard, complete with daily sunsets, a pool, 2.1 stereo system, comfy patio furniture, and a swing set.

The Perfect Orlando Rental!!

This is literally the best house in Orlando that I’ve stayed in. And even better if you love Disney! There’s plenty for everyone to do - kids, teens, adults. My personal favorite is the pool/backyard area with full sound system. So relaxing at the end of a long day. For the adults: Kitchen has everything you’ll need. Laundry has huge capacity W/D. Lots of bathrooms for privacy. Quiet street!! Great water pressure (hey, it’s the little things, right)! Chaise lounge chair in master— I want one now! For the kids & teens: Video game paradise— complete with a custom game room in the converted garage. (The murals are phenomenal). Young kids & teens alike will have a fab time playing all the games. There is plenty of room to spread out so that teens get some room to themselves. Plenty of chairs outside for teens to sunbathe! You will not believe all the magic and thought that the owners put into this home— eye candy everywhere. Finally, look for the colorfully lit Mickey in the house. You’ll know it when you turn on the light switch. 😉

Highly Recommend!

I felt like this was my home away from home! The first thing you notice is how open, inviting, and how clean the house feels. The details in each room, the murals, and artwork is absolutely amazing! The bed was extremely comfortable. I got better sleep here than my own bed. The game room is a retreat for the kids. In fact, you probably won't see them while you're there as they will be in the game room having a blast! The pool was perfect and the little things like having speakers outdoors for music was wonderful. There is a covered porch area to enjoy coffee or other beverages. I seriously cannot recommend this house enough! The travel time to the park was very short and it was nice to eat meals at the house instead of at the park the entire time we were there. I can't wait to return to Orlando and I will definitely be staying here again.

Fabulous House

House is perfect!! The kids and adults loved game room. Cold a/c, very well stocked kitchen, beautiful backyard, comfortable beds, fans in every room and so much more!! We love coming here. There is a game room with ping pong, cornhole, air hockey, and arcade! The pool deck has a built-in Sirus XM Radio. Also, there are EV charging stations at the house. The decoration and artwork is amazing in every room. The house has an advance AC unit with a HEPA filter and UV light that keeps the house as cold as you want it.
