The Trendy Townhouse
As you step into this newly built townhome, you are invited to an open floor plan with bursts of different shades of blue hues and a trendy ground floor, perfect for entertaining with a leather sofa and love seat. The family can gather at the six-seat dining table or grab one of the four chairs at the breakfast bar to enjoy a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The incredible golf course views can be seen from the kitchen to the patio where you and your loved ones can soak up Florida’s sunshine at a six-seat table or in two patio chairs with a spot for everyone.
Upstairs, you will find all the sleeping quarters with a king sized suite and two queen sized bedrooms. A full-sized washer and dryer will also be on this level for all your laundry needs while on vacation.
After the theme parks days are over, the fun does not stop when you have a sports themed games room right at your fingertips with a combination air hockey, ping pong, and foosball table as well as a basketball shooting game and cornhole for the whole family to enjoy.
For those who want to explore the rest of the area, Reunion Resort has a shuttle service to drive you to and from Disney’s parks--just a 12-minute drive away. If there are golfers in your group, you’ll want to hit the links at Reunion’s other two epic PGA Championship courses.
Between games, visit one of the 10 premier swimming pools, including the Seven Eagles pavilion, featuring relaxing jacuzzis and a crisp infinity pool, overlooking stunning views of the courses. Treat the kids to a trip to the five-acre water park with a huge lazy river and twisting waterslides.
Plus, grab a workout buddy and make time for the fully-equipped fitness center, six state-of-the-art “Hydro-Grid” tennis, bocce ball and volleyball courts, or opt for Yoga and Tai Chi classes. Reunion’s newest development of town homes overlooks the Jack Nicklaus driving range and the 18th hole of this signature golf course. The location is just a short stroll to the club house which offers a pro shop, gymnasium, bar and restaurant with spectacular views from the terrace.

Very nice stay
Very good checkin service, without any friction. New house, with all the necessary equipment (only as a suggestion, having a barbecue would be wonderful), cleaning was well done. Location rate 10. Very complete water park, (it should only work for more hours during the day9. Small gym but with the necessary equipment. It was really nice to spend 8 days at the house.

This place is beautiful! The house was well decorated, clean, and fun to stay in. The house has a game room for all ages to play in. Very clean and kid-friendly too. Close to Disney World and Universal Studios as well as many amazing restaurants. The pools at the resort are very relaxing and clean. Definitely loved my stay here at this house!
