The heart of this vacation rental is a stunning open living room and sleek kitchen. The family can gather on a comfy sectional couch to socialize and watch the flat-screen TV, while delicious meals are prepared in an adjoining kitchen. Whoever your designated cook is, he or she will be thrilled with the kitchen help: premium appliances, plenty of prep space, and a four-seat breakfast bar. There’s also a dining table that seats eight, with four chairs and a bench so everyone can spread out and savor your vacation feasts.

When night falls, after exhausting days at the parks, the family can retire to well-appointed bedrooms. All rooms have contemporary décor and flat-screen TVs. Two kids’ rooms include a Lego Superhero theme, and an homage to the main mouse--both with two twin beds.

When you want to explore the immediate area, the Solara gated resort features a clubhouse (less than half mile walking distance) with a swimming pool, poolside cabanas, a children's splash pad, and a first-of-its-kind Flow Rider machine. The community offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, a kid's/teen’s club, children's playground, soccer fields, basketball and sand volleyball courts, a coffee shop cafe´, grab-and-go quick service, bar and restaurant. This resort is situated in a prime central Florida location with less than a 15-minute drive to Walt Disney World and other local attractions.

Disney and Universal Resorts Family Vacation - Sep 2021

Such a wonderful stay for the whole family. Grammy’s trip for her grown children and their families to the parks was highly successful due to the ample space, location and amenities of this villa. A well appointed and new home for everyone to spread out, large dining and sitting areas for movie night and meals and a private pool for the everyone to relax after long, hot days. We had a minor difficulty upon entry with the key code, the property mgt handled it quickly. The property is full of families and the large pool and restaurant was only a block away.

the perfect house for our family vacation

Everything was amazing. The house was spotless. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Anytime I had a question or needed something she was always available and responded quickly. My kids absolutely loved the decor of their rooms and the adult rooms were cozy as well. The ONLY thing I would change is the fact that there wasn’t a covering of the front door so people can see into the house especially at night. We will definitely be back! july 2021

Great family home for our FL adventure

We were in FL for a week enjoying the beach, Disney, and Universal. We loved having this as our home base for the week. It was a little bit of a trek to get to the beach, but it could not be any better for the days we were at Disney World. It easily slept all 6 (3 adults and 3 kids) of us. The extra space was awesome for everyone to decompress from being around all the crowds during the day.
