Come on in and make yourself comfortable in the contemporary living room with ample seating on comfy couches and plush accent chairs—perfect for gathering everyone for TV viewing or board-game playing.

The large and efficient kitchen is big enough so multiple cooks can prep and cook meals together thanks to premium appliances, lots of counter room, and even a seven-stool breakfast bar. A formal dining table that seats 10 is adjacent to the kitchen and living area.
A cool game room is ready for some friendly competition with a billiards table, shuffleboard, multi-arcade video game, flat-screen TV, giant wall Scrabble, chess, and even a wet bar! A home theater with a large projection screen and cinema seating lets you catch all the big blockbusters.

With plenty of room to sleep up to 22 guests, you’ll have your choice of five Queen and four King suites, plus a galactic-themed bunk-bed and a bioluminescent themed twin room. All are well-appointed, with flat-screen TVs, and nearly all have ensuite baths with dual sinks, large showers, and many with soaking tubs.

The whole contingent will love coming home from a busy day at the theme parks for a dip in the private pool or a rejuvenating soak in the spillover spa with a view of the Aquapark. Light up the grill, have some barbecue and a refreshing drink and plot out what attractions to hit first thing in the morning.

Fantastic Vacation Home!

If you want a fun, roomy sanctuary for your next vacation, this 11 bedroom Villa is the place to go! It's a perfect place to have a family reunion, a friends retreat, a business get-away, or settle in with your large family. Not only is the location convenient to everything that Orlando has to offer, but the house and its amenities are exquisite! If you like fun and games, the game room is jam packed with things to do. We especially enjoyed the old fashioned original video arcade machine with every original game under the sun. There's a pool table, shuffleboard, large wall scrabble, and board games galore. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the home theater is amazing with great sound and comfortable cushy seating. I especially enjoyed the huge television system that could be easily seen while I was cooking in open, ultra functional kitchen. The pool and hot tub were our favorites and the water park is conveniently behind the well kept property. From what we could tell, the owners have spent much time, money, and thought into making this a place for all to enjoy. It is an economical and awesome place to get away and enjoy! I know that we will be returning next time we need a relaxing, fun but classy place to vacation.

Amazing Home

I rented this house for 10 of our cheerleaders and parents. It was amazing! We were down in FL for cheer and some of us elected to skip the parks and just hang at the house for our down time. The pool was nice and clean, the game room was a lot of fun. This movie room only had movies in other languages so you may want to bring your own. The bedrooms are a decent size and the entire house was so clean! I would definitely stay again! The location is very close to the clubhouse with the bar and pool/water park. Very fun weekend!
