This inviting home has a sunny disposition—not just from the Florida sunshine right outside, but from the cheerful mellow yellow accents in the main gathering area, and its comfy contemporary furniture.

A message to “Eat” on the sleek kitchen counter, is just the encouragement willing home chefs need to plan their menus for the group, made easier with plenty of meal prep space, upscale appliances, and a four-chair convenient breakfast bar for quick, casual bites.
