Wow. This bright, open concept floor plan gives your guests all the space they need to mingle and gather in comfort in the living area, the dining area, or the kitchen. Furnished with carefully selected contemporary decor, and an extra esthetic touch, you’ll feel right at home.

An efficient kitchen allows home cooks all the room and ease they need for meal preparation, including stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and even a convenient breakfast bar for quick bites. A lovely 10-person dining table is perfect for the larger, more formal meals together.

And once meals are finished, guests may want to engage in some friendly family competition in the awesome game loft with a card table, multiple flat-screen TVs, and pool and air hockey.

When long days at the parks or on the golf courses have taken their course, you’ll find the well-appointed and comfy five king, one full, and one bunk-bed room just what you need to lay your head on the pillow. Kids will love the homage to everyone’s favorite teen wizard in the bunk-bed room, including whimsical props. Young princesses will be delighted with the theatrically-designed, and frosty-inspired bedroom fit for “icy” royalty.

Before you hit up the parks another day in the morning, do your morning stretch out by the pool on your private, palm-tree enclosed patio. Have your fruit and coffee and decide whether to take a break, chill out and hang at home for the day, or have another go at the roller coasters. Either way, you’ll have a ball soaking in all of that much-needed Florida sunshine.
