This wonderful home offers the quintessential family gathering spot--a spacious living room with innovative light fixtures, comfy-cozy couches and chairs, and an enormous flat-screen TV.

The kitchen features premium stainless steel appliances, and a huge breakfast bar and prep island, convenient for the designated home chef. A contemporary-style dining table seats 14 for the group’s larger meals.

The outdoor patio deck has a screened-in private swimming pool and spillover spa, perfect for swimming, and revitalizing tired bones from excess walking at the theme parks. There’s a poolside basketball net, plus foosball, and a huge dining table for when you want to dine al fresco.

Inside the house, your family can entertain themselves in two well-equipped game rooms. One features myriad video arcade games. The second, a decked-out game loft, boasts billiards, PacMan, wall Scrabble, and a giant flat-screen TV, gaming console, and ample seating. There’s even a playset for the littlest ones in the group. A home theater, with comfy leather cinema chairs, is perfect for movie fans.

Bedrooms are deluxe and well-curated for the adults, including flat-screen TVs, sitting areas, roomy bathrooms, and deep closets. But the main attractions are for the kids. Your littlest fellow travelers will have fun in their animated monsters inspired bunk-bed room. And dinosaur fans will love searching for T-Rex in their own Dinosaur Kingdom bunk-bed room.
