Official Property Checklist
We would like to thank you for staying in one of our properties for your vacation. We have provided this official arrival and departure checklist to make it easy for you to enjoy the property and ensure you have a smooth departure.
If you need assistance with anything in the home during your stay, our office is open Monday through Sunday 8 am to 10 pm with after-hours services available to assist with emergency issues.

Important Arrival Information
Arrival Checklist:
Please see the below list to make sure your stay starts off in the right direction.
- Upon arriving we suggest that you take a moment to go through the property and note anything that may be of concern. You can contact our office by phone or send an email with these items, so they are noted in the system.
- Locate the current Wi-Fi password - This is found in the guidebook located in the kitchen or entryway.
- Take a moment to read the welcome packet provided with important information.
- If you have ordered any additional items such as child items or BBQ grill, etc. make sure you see them in the home. If not contact our office to assist with the status or ordering these amenities.
- If you have ordered pool heating please allow up to 24hrs to reach maximum temperature. If the pool does not reach the desired temperature after this time please contact our office.

Important Departure Information
Departure Checklist:
Please see the below list of items to make your departure process easy.
- Departure time is 10 am for all guests. If you would like a late checkout, please contact our office 24hrs prior to departure to check availability and pay any additional fees.
- Make sure that all trash has been bagged and disposed of in the provided receptacle.
- Make sure all dirty towels and bed sheets/pillow covers only are placed in the laundry room.
- Load the dishwasher with any used items and start the cycle.
- Make sure all windows and doors are locked and secured.
- You may leave unopened food items as our staff will collect and provide them to local charities and food pantries.
- Please take a moment to perform a last minute check of your belongings.
- Have a safe trip home!
Additional Departure Information
Lost & Found:
All lost and found items will be collected by housekeeping or Inspection teams and are immediately taken to our office. If you do forget any items, please call or email our office as soon as possible with a description of the items so that we may arrange to send them back to you.
