The property features two spacious duplex residences, each offering 5 bedrooms and accommodating up to 12 guests, complete with private terraces on the upper floors. In addition, there are two first-floor apartments, each with its own private patio: a four-bedroom unit that sleeps up to 8 guests, and a three-bedroom unit that accommodates up to 6 guests. This unique setup provides a seamless and convenient experience for groups traveling together, while still allowing for privacy and comfort.

Parking capacity: Guest parking spaces are available in front of the apartment building. Please note that each vehicle requires a parking tag; instructions on how to obtain it will be provided after booking is confirmed. There are additional parking spaces at the clubhouse.

·    Guests have access to the shared resort pool and spa within Reunion Resort. Please note that access to the Spectrum Condos private pool, water park, and golf club is not included. An access card will be provided for entry to the resort pool and spa.

We provide a small starter kit, which includes:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 hand soap per bathroom
1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
1 sponge
1 dishwasher soap
1 paper towel in the kitchen
1 laundry detergent
1 garbage bag
Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.

Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the house. Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

House rules and guidelines for your comfort:
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise that violates local laws.

PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.
