Imagination is a wonderful thing. And yours will definitely be awakened in this fantastic estate. It starts with a stunning entryway, lit to perfection and opening to a soothing grey, black and white color scheme, modern furnishings, a floating staircase, contemporary art, and an elegant classical piano as the focal point.

The spacious living area is perfect for the ultimate relaxation (or party atmosphere, your choice), courtesy of a state-of-the-art SONOS sound system that plays music from any room in the house via the Control 4 tablet.

An open kitchen features a ginormous fridge, innovative lighting, a breakfast bar with five stools, and a large dining table that seats 16 for more formal vacation meals with everyone present.

Down the hall and up the stairs you’ll find eight luxurious bedrooms on display in this amazing home, each with en suite bathrooms featuring oversized showers, soak-in tubs that serve as focal points, and double sinks. Most rooms are outfitted with either padded headboards or four-poster beds with luxe bedding.

The three children’s bedrooms are meticulously themed, one for a princess, one for a New York City aficionado, and the third for Wizarding superfans. The latter provides “a magical train ride” via four oversized bunk beds set right inside the giant red train that takes wizards to their mystical castle and adventures. Twisted trees, an emblematic owl, and some luggage bound for the magical environment. Even the en suite bathroom is adorned with shower stall doors bearing the magical wisdom and quotes. Who needs a theme park?

Outside the wizard themed bedroom, there’s a seating area with a flat-screen TV big enough for some serious group gaming.

And the gaming experience doesn’t stop there. A suprehero-themed game room is fully equipped with an air hockey table, multi-arcade video games, a racing car and golf video game. A massive home theater has cinema seats and a large projection screen for viewing your favorite movie.

There is also a gym with a treadmill and a multi-purpose weight machine to burn off all the many indulgences of your vacation.

An amazing infinity pool and spa, overlooking the Jack Nicklaus PGA golf course, complete the picture-perfect setting.
