The kitchen features premium stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar and prep island, convenient for the designated home chef. A contemporary-style dining table seats 14 for the group’s larger meals.

The outdoor patio deck has a screened-in private swimming pool and spillover spa, perfect for swimming, and revitalizing tired bones from all those hours at the theme parks. Besides the pool and spa, there’s a poolside basketball net, foosball, and a huge dining table for when you want to dine al fresco.

The second, a sophisticated game loft, is right outside the upstairs bedrooms and boasts billiards, PacMan, wall Scrabble, a giant flat-screen TV with a game console, and plenty of seating. There’s even a playset for the littlest ones in the group. And movie fans will want to get their buckets of popcorn ready for the well-appointed home theater with cinema seating.
