The Open Estate
Recently renovated by one of Orlando’s leading interior designers, the beautiful furnishings and decor, with complementary accents, have added a vibrancy to the villa.
You’ll love the open living and dining room, not to mention the fully-equipped kitchen with its stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and convenient breakfast bar. A 10-seat dining table is on stand-by for the larger group meals.
A fun “game garage” has three gaming tables for those who want to engage in a little friendly competition as well as a PS4 video game console with gaming chairs. You can also head to the billiards loft/TV lounge with its card table.
Everyone will make a splash in the refreshing pool and spillover spa after long hours spent at the theme parks or on the golf courses.
When it’s time to call it a night after your busy day, the villa’s bedrooms will help lull you to sleep in five King, one Queen, and two Twin rooms.
Take some time to explore this development, with its fabulous Champions Retreat Clubhouse, or its spectacular Oasis Water Park surrounded by stunning palm trees.

Had a fantastic time
My brother’s family (of 5) and mine (of 4) had the pleasure of staying at one of the houses at ‘Champions Gate’ from Saturday Dec. 31/16 to Saturday Jan 7/17. When we drove up to the house there was a collective exclamation of “beautiful” just looking at the exterior. The house was huge on a large corner lot. When we entered and started looking around, the kitchen was clean, very modern with all appliances. All rooms, and there we plenty of them, were very clean. The beds were comfortable and provided a great night’s sleep. Toilets, sinks, bathtubs very sparkling clean. There were several large common areas to accommodate multiple families equipped with TVs, leather couches and the most important feature, WIFI. Pool and Hot Tub were clean, warm and inviting. Great for relaxing after a long “Disney” day. The adults would soak in the hot tub with a drink (in a plastic glass) while the kids played in games room billiards, ping pong, or foosball. They were able to cut the electronic umbilical cord dependency until later at night during down time. The management company checked in with us several times to make sure there were no problems. During our off days (non theme park days), we would walk to the Oasis club, park ourselves in several of the available lounge chairs and soak up the sun while listening to music, circling in a floating tube in the lazy river or having a refreshing drink at the pool bar. We also used the weight room facilities to attempt to burn off some of the vacation bad eating habits. Disney theme parks were a short car ride (approx.. 20 mins). Both adults and kids on this vacation had a fantastic time. This was the first time I stayed at a vacation home and would highly recommend it to families looking to enjoy the Disney experience in Orlando combined with an all-inclusive type flair.
Two great weeks!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed two great weeks at this lovely home. We were a large group of 16 persons, aged from 6 months to 81 years old, but we were very comfortably accommodated. The house was clean and attractively appointed, with comfortable furniture / beds and a good sized heated pool/patio area with safety features. We really enjoyed the Oasis Club which proved a wonderful addition to our stay as we relaxed in the Lazy river and large, heated pool. Our reason for visiting the area was Disney World but we found the house location to be convenient for various day trips to other areas for sports, concerts, shopping and other attractions. Property management were courteous and helpful. Our holiday was wonderful and we hope to return again. The only quality improvement suggestions would be a newer vacuum and flat drain covers in the pool and hot tub to avoid stubbing toes. It would be ideal to be able to lock the outside patio doors but I appreciate that the pool cleaning staff need to access this area. Thank you so much for sharing your home! Susan and Family
A wonderful family gathering!
We had booked this property last June for our visit in early January 2018. It was the first time I had ever rented a house for vacation. Happy to say the house did not disappoint. The pictures represented the property to a tee. The management team was available for the smallest of questions. The owner was also involved in my stay, sending me a text, to make sure all was okay. Overall I would not hesitate to book in the future. I could go on raving about our stay but will not take up your time. We were able to have four generations gather under one roof. Book this property, you will not be disappointed.
We enjoyed our week!
I stayed at the house with my family and several relatives (18 total) The house was very clean and well maintained. The house had plenty of room for all of us and there was enough to do to keep the kids active. The side yard was a bonus as we used it to play both cornhole and wiffle ball. The community has a nice pool with an inside and outside bar that we used several times. We took several rides to Disney which is only 20 minutes away. There are a number of stores and restaurants close by making it very convenient. We enjoyed our week and would certainly rent this house again.
