Right in the heart of activity-filled Central Florida, this cheerful contemporary villa serves up comfort as well as a luxury when you return home from busy days spent at the theme parks or on the golf courses. The main gathering area is furnished with cozy couches so you feel instantly embraced when you’re watching TV, playing a board game, or simply hanging out.

The open floor plan guarantees home cooks can still socialize with the rest of the group when preparing meals in the sleek, efficient kitchen. Besides gleaming granite counters and premium appliances, there’s a breakfast bar that can seat four guests. A formal dining table comfortably seats eight.
