This wonderful home offers a spacious living room with innovative light fixtures, comfy-cozy couches and chairs, and an enormous flat-screen TV for quality family time.

The kitchen features premium stainless steel appliances, and a huge breakfast bar and prep island, convenient for the designated home chef. A contemporary-style dining table seats 14 for the group’s larger meals.

The outdoor patio deck has a screened-in private swimming pool and spillover spa, perfect for swimming, and revitalizing tired bones from excess walking at the theme parks. There’s a poolside basketball net, plus foosball, and a huge dining table for when you want to dine al fresco.

Inside the house, your family can entertain themselves in two well-equipped game rooms. One features a host of video arcade games, including basketball and bowling. The second, a game loft, is right outside the upstairs bedrooms and boasts billiards, PacMan, wall Scrabble, and a giant flat-screen TV and couches. There’s even a playset for the littlest ones in the group. Movie fans will want to microwave some popcorn for the home theater, with cinema seating.

Bedrooms are deluxe and well-curated for the adults, including flat-screen TVs, sitting areas, roomy bathrooms, and deep closets. Kids will never want to come out of their rooms.
