Outstanding

I can't say enough good things about this house, resort and rental company. We stayed for a week and the only downside of our entire vacation was when it ended! It is beautiful. I love that there was a master bedroom on the first floor for my parents. Our girls loved the themed bunkbed room and we all appreciated having our own bathroom in each of the bedrooms. The back yard and pool/hot tub was the best we have ever seen. Plenty of seating by the pool and super comfortable! This was our third time staying at Encore and we will be back. Jeeves has always been responsive and great to deal with anytime we have needed them. The houses and waterpark are beautifully kept and the people are super friendly.

Gorgeous Home!

We spent a week in this gorgeous and spacious home. It is located in a beautiful resort with a fun water park and less than 15 minutes from the Disney parks. The house was immaculate when we arrived. Kitchen had everything we needed, the outdoor grill was a bonus, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the game room in the garage and especially the pool and hot tub in the backyard. There are pool towels provided in the upstairs closet so no need to bring those. The backyard was beautifully landscaped. Jeeves was very easy to work with and responsive to all my questions. They provide a very helpful guide in the home. Would highly recommend this property and rental company!

We love ENCORE resort!

We stayed a week at this home. The location within the resort was perfect for us... very quiet. The backyard had perfect privacy! Large grassy area (although nothing was provided to play in it) and plenty of seating around the large pool. The built in gas grill was not hooked up, but thankfully there was a freestanding grill there as well that we were able to use. The home is nice and spacious and seemed clean and we would come again, however, it is getting run down a bit compared to what it shows in the pictures. The ottomans and bean bags are all deflated. Blinds are broken and hard to open & shut. Oven gave us fits a few times. Ice and water on door of fridge was non functional. The front door lock wouldn't work with the provided code we were given and it took about a half hour for Jeeves to be able to get us inside when we first checked in around midnight. Then it continued to have issues until they finally needed to replace the entire lock pad & assembly a couple days later. Did eventually get fixed and worked fine the rest of the trip. Pool is heated nice and warm and hot tub runs off of a zip timer anytime. All in all, we had a great trip and would come back although we'd love to see a few updates to the property.

Beautiful home!

Great house. The bedrooms are a great size. The kitchen is well stocked! Backyard is AMAZING! Great green space and pool. Had one issue but was resolved quickly!
