This modern villa offers everything you and your family will need for the perfect Orlando vacation. The open living space is the main headquarters for family gatherings with comfortable seating all around including a leather sectional and an accent chair to discuss the day's adventures. The fully equipped kitchen with a five seat breakfast bar and a six seat dining table allows for food any time of the day.

Sleeping up to 10 people, this home provides bedrooms across two floors with a queen sized bedroom on the bottom floor and a shared family bathroom. On the second floor, you will find a king sized suite, a queen sized bedroom, and a surf themed bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (four twin sized beds) and a shared family bathroom.

The private outdoor deck offers a swimming pool and spillover spa to enjoy Florida's warm weather and sunshine as well as a BBQ for all your grilling needs and a foosball table for some friendly competition. The games room also offers hours of entertainment with a basketball shooting game, air hockey table, multi arcade video game, and arcade shooting game.

When you’re ready to explore the entirety of the amenity-rich 2,300-acre Reunion Resort, or to make that short trip to Disney--there’s a shuttle service to drive you to and from the theme parks or anywhere on the resort property.

The golfers in your group can hit the links at all three of Reunion’s epic PGA Championship courses, including the Jack Nicklaus-designed course. Between games, visit one of the 10 premier swimming pools, including the Seven Eagles pavilion, featuring relaxing jacuzzies and a crisp infinity pool, overlooking stunning views of the courses.

Treat the kids to a trip to the five-acre water park with a huge lazy river and twisting waterslides. Fantastic Home!

We just got back from our one week stay at the Surf Shack (Jan 2024) and we absolutely loved the place! Our kids thought the themed room was so much fun, and they also loved the arcade room, pool and outside foosball table. It was not hard to keep them busy and active! The rest of the house was clean, comfortable and beautiful. They thought of literally everything, so cooking and eating in was a breeze. Unfortunately the Transformer Game did not work but they did try to fix it during our stay. Other than that, everything was perfect! I would highly recommend getting the pool heated so you can enjoy the hot tub .. we loved it!
