FAMILY MARCH BREAK
Our Jeeves rental house in Encore was perfect for our family of 8 adults & 5 kiddies and no one wanted to leave after our 8 day vacay. House was AAA & very clean and we all loved the pool, spa & deck. My hubby & I have been vacationing in FLA for several decades and have rented dozens of homes via different property management companies. We've been with Jeeves 3 times now and it definitely is the best Property Management company we've ever dealt with: friendly, co-operative, efficient. Response time to any request was immediate. Kudo's!!
Golf Trip with 7 Guys
This place fit our needs perfectly. The outdoor kitchen, pool, and hot tub were perfect for lounging between golf rounds. We had 7 men and each had their own bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped, and 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers were very useful. There were some minor housekeeping issues, but we would definitely stay there again.
FAMILY VACATION
We have been coming to Florida for years and this is by far the most nicest and roomy rental we have had. The pictures are exactly what we got when we arrived.. It was a couple of things that had to be addressed and some never got fixed but it wasn't a huge problem. 1. Pool was "hot" entire time for our 7 day stay. We definitely didn't order the pool to be heated in mid July. But the kids even didn't wanna stay in the pool bc of how warm it stayed. 2. TV outside did not work for us at all during our stay. It would never connect. Management was supposed to send someone to look at it but never did. 3. Game room for the kids was Awesome, but the race car games kept either cutting off or resetting while playing. So we had to keep waiting for them to reboot. But overall the game room was the best! 4. When we first arrived, we were having issues with the stove not reheating, but my husband is in maintenance, and he noticed the oven door was not closing all the way, he fixed it and it worked great after that. 5. Lastly, we ordered pizza and tenders from the pizza spot on the resort and gave them the address in the informational book at the house and it has the wrong address listed in it. The book has 530 Burma St. printed in it, but the correct address is 350 Burma St. so needless to say, they went to the wrong house with our food. But they did redo it and bring to right home. 6. Water pressure was low in the house and you had to let run for about 20 minutes to get warmed. But overall the stay was great! Lots and lots of space. Outside entertainment and space is great! Game room on point! And bedrooms were clean and spacious.. We would definitely rent again in hopes that the little things got updated.....
