The Trendy Villa at Encore Resort is a bright home that offers the perfect open floor plan for you next family vacation. The main living room contains a comfy sectional and two accent chairs and for some relaxation time to plan the day's adventure and an eight-seat dining table as well as a four-seat breakfast bar in the kitchen for a Sunday family dinner or a midnight snack.

Sleeping up to 12 guests, this home provides bedrooms across two floors with a king sized bedroom on the bottom floor. The second floor offers two king sized suites, an ice princess themed bedroom with bunk beds (twin/full sized bed, additional twin sized bed underneath), and a galactic themed bedroom with bunk beds (twin/full sized bed, additional twin sized bed underneath) and a connecting bathroom.

After the long days at the theme parks are over, this home offers a private swimming pool and spillover spa to unwind and cool off from Florida's sunshine as well as an upper floor loft area to binge-watch your favorite tv series on a large flat screen TV with theater seats and a themed games room with a ping pong and air hockey table for hours of entertainment.

The perfect size for our family!

This house is absolutely beautiful! It had everything we needed. The owner and Jeeves were always quick to respond and readily available for anything we needed. We traveled with kids and babies and we felt at home with all of the baby gear. The house is spacious and very clean! With kids, we find it easier to eat at home so we rented a BBQ grill and did most of the cooking at the house. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The pool was a hit! We loved the peace of mind from the safety alarm feature of the pool. We also had tons of fun with the pool table and ping pong table. The kids also loved the resort water park and activities that were available. We had a great time and would highly recommend this house!! My 6 year old had a blast and keeps asking when we can go back to the “Frozen House”. We can’t wait to come back!
