Arcade Room: If joysticks are your sporting gear of choice, the arcade room will be your personal paradise. In this super cool entertainment hub, you can take your pick of favorite arcade games, from Pac-Man to air hockey and even a classic smash-up racing game.
Pool & Patio: The sunshine is calling so head outside for a dip in the colossal pool, which is enclosed within fancy privacy glass. Take a soak in the spillover spa, stretch out on a lounge chair, or get your game on with pool basketball, ping-pong, or foosball. There's even a mini water slide for the kids.
Let the pool party continue through lunch and dinnertime: Fire up the grill in your fabulous summer kitchen, and linger over your meal on the covered lanai with a shaded table that seats a crowd.
Game Loft: Back inside, find another entertainment epicenter just upstairs. The spacious game loft boasts a pool table, dart board, ring toss, wall Scrabble, and even a karaoke machine for musical merriment with your gang.
Movie Theater: With your own private home theater, movie night is an epic occasion. Kick back in the comfy reclining chairs (the first row is custom-made just for kids), munch on popcorn, and enjoy a flick on the big screen, complete with surround sound.

Upstairs, the first of two amazing space-themed digs is the Galaxy Room, which will transport the kids to an incredible forest moon, complete with mountains in the distance and a green jungle overhead. They'll hide, play, and finally sleep in their treehouse bunk beds, then use the twisty slide to transport happily back to earth.
The second out-of-this-world haven is the Secret Planet room, where the kids can imagine themselves on a yellow planet in a galaxy far, far away. Vivid wall art, ladders, and slides will inspire immersive play, while cozy bunk beds hidden within space machinery will have them dreaming of starship battles where the good guys always win.
Finally, on the ground floor you'll find the Undersea Adventure room, this home's special 12th Bedroom (and easily its most over-the-top and spacious). Stepping inside is like diving to the bottom of the ocean to discover a mesmerizing underwater paradise. Up to six lucky kids will feel like they're sleeping on the ocean floor thanks to the three comfy bunk beds that are tucked away behind kelp and sand, with a perfect view of the surrounding sea life.
Bedrooms (King, Queen, and Full): Nine additional grownup bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are spread out on the first and second floors, all featuring soothing and sophisticated Organic Modern decor.
On the first floor, discover three conveniently located sanctuaries, including two master bedrooms with king-size beds, and a master queen bedroom with a double door walkout to the pool area.
