Pet-Friendly Vacation Rentals in Orlando
Why choose our pet-friendly vacation rentals in Orlando?
Boarding a dog for a week costs about as much as the flight, and nobody enjoys the drop-off. Our pet-friendly homes are full-size houses with private pools and enclosed outdoor space, not a compromise you settle for.
Fenced yards
Enclosed gardens and screened pool decks mean the back door can stay open, and nobody has to hold a lead in their own back yard.
Pet-safe flooring
Tile and luxury vinyl through the living space — easy on paws, easy to clean, and no carpet to worry about after a wet afternoon.
Close to dog parks
Our resort communities sit minutes from several off-leash parks, and the resorts themselves are walkable and shaded.

"Pet-friendly" is not a standard. Six things worth confirming before you put a deposit down.
-
Whether the yard is genuinely enclosed
A screen enclosure over the pool is not the same as a fenced garden. Ask which one the home has before you assume off-lead space.
-
The pet fee, and whether it is per pet
Some companies charge per animal per night. Get the total for your stay in writing rather than a nightly headline.
-
Size and breed rules
Weight caps and breed restrictions are common in resort communities and are set by the HOA, not the manager. Check early.
-
Whether pets can be left alone
Most agreements say no, or not for long. If you plan full park days, line up a sitter or day-care before you travel.
-
Flooring through the living space
Tile and vinyl are easy. Carpeted living rooms usually mean a stricter agreement and a larger cleaning charge.
-
The nearest vet and dog park
Worth knowing before you need it. Our team sends both with your arrival details for the specific address you book.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a pet fee?
Yes. Pet-friendly homes carry a one-off pet fee for the stay rather than a nightly charge, and it is added to your quote before you pay so there are no surprises at check-in. The fee covers the additional deep clean the home gets after a stay with pets. Tell us at booking how many dogs are coming so we can confirm the exact total.
Are there breed restrictions?
Some. Restrictions are set by each resort community's HOA rather than by us, and they usually take the form of a weight cap or a short list of excluded breeds. Because they vary by address and change from time to time, we check the rules for the specific home you are interested in rather than quoting a blanket policy. Send us the breed and weight and we will confirm in writing before you book.
How many pets can we bring?
Two dogs per home is the usual limit. If you are travelling with more, or with an animal other than a dog, ask us first — a few addresses can accommodate it and most cannot. Service animals are handled separately under the relevant regulations.
Can we leave our dog alone in the house?
Generally no, and never crated in an empty house for a full park day. If you want to spend a whole day at the parks, our concierge team can arrange a local sitter or day-care — give us a few days' notice and we will book it in.
Are pets allowed at the resort pools and clubhouses?
No. Resort amenity areas — pools, water parks, clubhouses and restaurants — are off limits to pets under community rules. Your own private pool deck and yard at the home are yours to use as you like.
Is there anywhere nearby to walk the dog?
Yes. All of our pet-friendly communities have wide, shaded sidewalks, and there are several off-leash dog parks within a ten to fifteen minute drive. We send the closest ones, plus the nearest emergency vet, with your arrival details.
